 The Congenital
Heart Institute of Florida (CHIF) is the largest
congenital heart surgery program in Florida. Currently, the Institute
is comprised of 15 cardiologists and three surgeons specializing
in the diagnosis of congenital cardiac, thoracic and vascular
disease. CHIF’s collaborative network of pediatric cardiologists
and cardiac surgeons is designed to increase the awareness of
cardiac services available in the state of Florida. The highly
specialized cardiac team understands the need of working in a
shared effort to ensure the highest quality of medicine is delivered
to each child. The CHIF team recognizes the importance of communication
between all medical providers and developing a professional and
caring relationship with the families. |
