Our hours of operation are 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. Your demographical and current insurance information will be required to complete the appointment process. To schedule an appointment at any of our locations, please call 407.856.7226 or 800.289.3883. Every effort will be made to schedule your appointment in a timely fashion. We will also need to know if any other testing has been completed on your child because our physicians will want to review them before the visit. To save time you may download our forms to fill out before your visit.

Please expect to be in our office one to two hours during your visit. Should you need to reschedule an appointment please call our office 48-hours in advance.
