Bio

Dr. Trivedi is a board certified pediatric cardiologist with specialized training in pediatric electrophysiology (heart rhythm disorders). He is the Medical Director of Pediatric Electrophysiology at Florida Hospital for Children. At the University of Miami School of Medicine, he completed his undergraduate, medical and doctoral (MD and PHd) degrees with a focus in neuroscience and electrophysiology (EP). During that time he was the recipient of the prestigious Howard Hughes Medical Institute Pre-Doctoral Fellowship.

He completed his pediatric residency as well as pediatric cardiology and EP training at Duke University. Dr. Trivedi’s interests include arrhythmias in patients with congenital heart disease, catheter ablation procedures for the treatment of arrhythmias, and management of sudden death syndromes such as long QT syndrome, and reduction of radiation exposure to children during EP procedures.
