Bio

Dr. Zussman is a board certified pediatric cardiologist with specialized training in pediatric and congenital interventional cardiology. Dr. Zussman has a special expertise in not only diagnosing, but also treating heart disease in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. He has been trained and is an expert in closing undesirable holes and opening narrow valves or arteries with devices in the cardiac catheterization laboratory, thus sometimes avoiding the need for surgery. Dr. Zussman’s interests include closure of ASD’s, PDA’s, evaluation and treatment of pulmonary hypertension and assisting in the care of adults with congenital heart defects.
